Grand! Here’s how and a few other bits of info….
Location: The photograph must have been taken in Braddock, PA
Theme: The small, obscure, odd, beautiful, surprising, interesting,…details of Braddock.
Size: If you are submitting digital images, please send TIFF, PNG, or JPG files. We need high quality files—we prefer files that are at least 2200 pixels wide or tall. Please send the highest quality photo available.
Don’t have anything that fits the above requirements? Come out and take some!!
Email your image and below info to: curators [at] obscuraegallery.org
Prints or CDs with files can be mailed to: Obscurae Gallery PO Box 745 Braddock PA 15104.
Info we need:
Title of the piece
Name of photographer, email addresses and phone number
Size of piece
Will you be printing your own work or do you want us to print for you?
- We have an Epson 3800 housed in Braddock and are happy to print for you.
- If printing your own, will you be matting the piece as well? If so, what size?
Link to your website/flickr page/…Tell us: why do you shoot Braddock? (we’re curious!)
Do you want to participate in the year-round online gallery & Etsy shop? (We split the sales from our year-round gallery, fairs, and Etsy shop between the photographer and Braddock)
- If so… What price do you want for your piece?
- Do you want more than one size option? What? What price?

**Please note that our press deadlines are much earlier. So if you want to be included, please don’t wait until the last minute, submit now!!
Also, this show is a lot of work for us to plan, promote, build frames, mat photos, make food…. We do it for the love we have for Braddock and the fun we have working together in our town. Obscurae is a complete volunteer effort. It would make it so much easier for us and make a better show for you to have images sooner rather than later.
